Project sponsors (borrowers) with energy efficiency or small renewable projects can benefit from assistance provided by DAI Europe and EnCon Services (the project team). This service is funded by KIDSF. The project team will help with the development of business plans (REUPs) and other loan documentation required by participating banks.

More specifically, the project team provides the following services:
•		Introduces to project sponsors the BEERECL facility, including benefits and procedures
•		Determines project eligibility and helps to restructure the project, if applicable to meet eligibility requirements
•		Checks project’s creditworthiness, which is screened at the participating bank
•		Performs an energy audit and cash flow analysis
•		In cooperation with the project sponsor, develops the project business plan (REUP) and helps with its submission to one of the participating banks
•		Performs monitoring of project implementation
•		Helps with the Completion Validation Review request.
